Industrias Hunter México is seeking an AI Engineer to build and deploy solutions across generative AI, computer vision, and intelligent automation. You’ll take projects from prototype through deployment, working on-site with senior engineers who mentor you as you build and ship.

You’ll design LLM-powered features, AI agents, and computer vision models for embedded devices, using Python backends and C/C++ firmware. Expect a bilingual, collaborative environment in Tijuana.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Full bilingual is a must.
• More than two years of programming experience and working understanding of AI.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with C and C++.
• Foundation in generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL, plus basic knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and edge computing.
• Clear communication, ability to learn independently, and a collaborative engineering approach.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy LLM-powered features with structured outputs, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Design AI agents and automated workflows connecting models with APIs, databases, and existing systems.
• Develop computer vision models for classification, object detection, and inspection for embedded devices.
• Develop Python backends and AI tooling, plus C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers.
• Manage data layers using relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Troubleshoot integrations, document code and prompts, and participate in code reviews.

What you’ll build

• LLM-powered features with structured outputs, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). You’ll design prompts, evaluate model behavior, and debug edge cases.
• AI agents and automated workflows that connect models with APIs, databases, and existing systems.
• Computer vision models for classification, object detection, and inspection, optimized for deployment on embedded devices.
• Python backends and AI tooling, plus C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers.
• Data layers using relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.

You’ll also troubleshoot integrations, document code and prompts, and participate in code reviews.
