El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en gestión de inventarios y habilidades de comunicación efectiva. Se requiere conocimientos en SAP y Excel. You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Responsabilidades principales
  • Responsable de la gestión del inventario de materiales indirectos de producción, uniformes y papelería. Realiza el seguimiento de los planes de acción, tanto los cíclicos como otros específicos. Lleva a cabo la revisión de los procesos de producción para identificar oportunidades de mejora. Proporciona apoyo a los supervisores en sus tareas diarias, aportando un sólido conocimiento del área de manufactura. Desarrolla e implementa planes de acción para la resolución de problemas y la mejora continua.
Educación
  • Lic. en Ing. Industrial, Administración de empresas, o afín.
Experiencia
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia trabajando con inventarios, y planes de acción.
Idioma
  • Inglés intermedio
Conocimientos
  • Experiencia en Lean manufacturing (Plus)

  • SAP (preferible)

  • Power Bi (plus)

  • Presencial Lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 6:00 pm
