The test lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all the testing activities. Test lead job will partner closely with the vendor, to develop detailed test plans and strategies for testing the new payroll platforms, analyzing and interpreting test plans and results, and assisting in debugging and resolving the issues.

Qualifications:

• Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts
• Develop and document strategies for repeated tests
• Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases
• Test Metrics and Reporting, and proficiency in tools like SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, or Jira.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases
• Review functional requirements and test plans
• Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
• 100% remote work
