Job summary

Empiric is seeking Manual QA Engineers to support functional, integration and regression testing for a large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The role requires overlap with Central Time and the contract is 12 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in QA with e-commerce testing experience.
• Experience with SFCC or similar digital commerce platform.
• Understanding of customer journeys, order processing and defect management.
• Familiarity with SFRA; basic Playwright/TypeScript knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, promotions and subscriptions.
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory tests.
• Document defects, verify fixes and collaborate with developers and automation engineers.
• Support scheduled releases, including alternate-Tuesday deployments starting at 10pm Central Time and occasional scheduled weekend work.
