Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant management experience, particularly in quality assurance within the automotive sector.

• Global Quality performance KPIs - Management, Monitoring, and Reporting
• Global Quality Critical concerns Yokoten - deployment and audit
• GPMS: Quality Assurance Approach for QA Tasks Definition
• Cost of Quality Improvement, Monitoring, and Reporting: including External and Internal Sorts & Reworks Cost for EDS and ECI
• Global Lessons Learned (Kako-Tora) Management System
• QCC planning, execution, and interface with YC
• Warranties US-OEM
• Quality Systems & Strategies for Quality Improvement and Validation (QIP/QRP, Yokoten)
• Yazaki Global Standards Implementation, Updates & Follow-Up: GLOSTAS, 136 Control Items among others
• Quality Systems Validation with Plants: Core Tools (PPAP)
• Customer Specific Requirements Regarding Process Audits: PPA, BIQ, Kako-tora
• New Processes added on P78-79-80

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, or similar)
• Applicable experience may substitute for a degree
• Minimum of ten years applicable experience, including 3-5 years of management experience in the automotive industry focusing on Quality, Production, and/or Engineering
• Preferred: 5+ years of progressive management experience
• International travel required
• Fluent in English required
