Leads assigned line personnel during a rotating 12-hour shift and supports disciplined execution through PQVC indicators and PDCA action tracking.Maintains a stable machining operation by coordinating people, priorities, and operational resources; identifying deviations; communicating risks; and driving timely corrective actions.
