Overview

Join Global Service Center (GSC) HSBC as Assistant Vice President – Pricing Operations where you will deliver high‑quality market data controls and client escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Establish a robust ongoing control and operating environment model for pricing processes.
• Deliver market data analysis, ensuring high‑quality MI usage.
• Develop new control and governance standards for market data and maintain them.
• Represent DaRR in forums and maintain communications with business functions.
• Champion a positive end‑customer experience and contribute to an efficient end‑to‑end operational model.
• Manage client escalations and issues for all Pricing Market Data clients across APAC/EMEA.
• Support the Market Data Management team and improve the existing framework.
• Provide expert problem‑management support for high‑profile client issues with root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Support new business opportunities and liaise with relationship managers and clients during transition and implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate/graduate in Finance or related degree.
• Experience in banking market‑data/curve construction across multiple products.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with risk recognition.
• Excellent planning, organising and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in process mapping and re‑engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, compliance, data and operational risk controls.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Right to work locally, no relocation needed.
