A leading HR technology company is seeking a Manager Engineering for their Partner Portal. The ideal candidate will lead a remote engineering team, ensuring product stability and quality while driving innovation in an agile environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 5 years of management experience, and strong technical skills in C#, Java, and cloud services. This position is remote but candidates should be located in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Manager Engineering are members of our product teams, responsible for creating, enhancing, and supporting common features. Working side‑by‑side with Product Managers, Software and Test Engineers, and Business Stakeholders. They are actively involved in the complete software development life cycle in an agile environment including technical design, hands‑on coding, unit testing, integration testing, performance tuning, maintenance, test automation, deploys and upgrades.
