The Freudenberg group in Mexico seeks a maintenance technician to safeguard plant assets, install and commission equipment, and drive improvements through technology. You will participate in audits and adhere to ISO standards while maintaining order in the spare parts area.

Ideal candidates have a technical or engineering background and at least 3 years in a manufacturing maintenance role, preferably in automotive environments, with experience in automation and hydraulics.

Formación

• Technical or engineer degree in electromechanical, electronic or related field, or demonstrate competence in interview, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.

Responsabilidades

• Safeguard the plant assets.
• Check the condition of the assets based on maintenance programs and comply with the assigned maintenance.
• Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.
• Participate in implementing improvements to assets and processes through growth of technologies.
• Participate in customer audits complying with established standards and requirements.
• Follow procedures and work instructions of the Quality Management System and ISO IATF 16949, ISO14000, and ISO45001.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and work areas, using 5S and TPM strategies.
• Promote energy savings through projects and careful spare parts management.
• Manage hazardous chemical substances and their waste per plant guidelines.
• Perform duties professionally and seek definitive solutions to machine problems.

Qualifications:

• Technical or engineer, electromechanical or electronic or related, or demonstrate competence in interview, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.
• 3 year in the maintenance department of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry, maintenance of presses and injection machines.
• Automation, hydraulic, electrotechnics.
