Job summary

Danfoss in Apodaca, MX is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to drive reliability and uptime on the shop floor. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate technicians, and champion safety and continuous improvement while ensuring efficient production.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues, manage spare parts, and collaborate with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automation.
• Proven ability to build and execute preventive, predictive, or condition-based maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, facility systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and operational reliability.
• Implement proactive maintenance programs that reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve performance.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians, daily priorities, and shift activities to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues to support uninterrupted production.
• Manage spare parts availability and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely repairs and continuous operations.
