Job summary

KIA Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Liaison to coordinate between Maintenance and Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, HR and ISO. The role will ensure alignment on budget, investments, and reporting responsibilities.

The candidate should have an engineering degree, 3+ years of experience, and strong English proficiency (B2-C1). On-site location in Pesquería, NL is required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering.
• Knowledge Power BI and Power Apps (intermediate).
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Fluent English (B2 - C1).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the budget and maintenance investments.
• Generate reports and KPIs for management.
• Track staff attendance, training and documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor projects, audits and admin maintenance activities.
