Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to develop and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment. You will lead troubleshooting, RCA, and continuous improvement efforts alongside cross-functional teams to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

The role involves planning maintenance activities, managing parts inventory, and contributing to TPM/OEE initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in Maintenance/Reliability/Equipment Engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with HVAC, automation, and PLC-controlled systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and critical assets.
• Perform equipment inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize availability.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Manage CMMS-based maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation and parts inventory.
• Support Lean, TPM, and OEE initiatives and drive cost reductions while maintaining safety.
