GRAMMER AG is seeking a Maintenance Painting Technician to maintain and optimize the paint line in our automotive interiors division. You will implement predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring uptime and quality for painting processes and related equipment.

You will work with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems and PLC programming, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable continuous improvements and safe plant operations.

Formación

• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming.
• Knowledge of paint application processes and robots.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Apply maintenance plans for the paint line (predictive, preventive and corrective).
• Carry out maintenance activities on the machines and devices of the painting line.
• Create, apply and control documents for maintenance in their area of responsibility.
• Identify and solve problems of production capacity due to problems with machinery and equipment.
• Participate in lay-out changes.

What are your main tasks?

• Apply maintenance plans (predictive, preventive and corrective) regarding the paint line.
