AUMOVIO SE invites applications for a Maintenance Leader to oversee the maintenance organization across electronic manufacturing processes in Mexico. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability and performance, while aligning with safety, quality, and cost goals.

As a senior leader, you will develop and coach maintenance technicians, ensure technical readiness, and implement world‑class practices to achieve superior OEE across operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or similar Engineering.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and LOTO.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop maintenance organization for equipment availability.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while supporting objectives.
• Ensure technical readiness of manufacturing equipment and develop technicians.

Job Description

• Lead and develop the maintenance organization responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and performance across electronic manufacturing processes.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies while supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• The Maintenance Leader ensures the technical readiness of manufacturing equipment, develops maintenance technicians, and implements world‑class maintenance practices to achieve superior Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
