An ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory roles. • 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing equipment maintenance and facility operations.

Your impact

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain uptime of critical production equipment such as robotics, CNC machines, PLCs, conveyors, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Facilities Management preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience managing both equipment maintenance and facility operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• English and Spanish - Fluency in conversation.
