Formación

Responsibilities
  • Act as homeowners' primary point of contact, ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct initial property evaluations to understand maintenance needs and create tailored service plans.
  • Arrange and oversee routine home maintenance, small repairs, and service appointments.
  • Identify larger projects, define the initial scope, and elevate them to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain constant communication with other departments to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in service delivery to guarantee a seamless experience for clients.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 75‑100 properties, ensuring top‑tier service from both in‑house technicians and external vendors.
Schedule
  • Regular Schedule: 08:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight Savings: 07:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time
Location

This position is remote, but you’ll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
