Stellantis in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks a maintenance shift supervisor for the Hemi Heads line. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and drive reliability metrics.

You will analyze breakdowns, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure MTBF/MTTR targets are met. Requires a bachelor’s in mechatronics/electronic/electrical and at least four years supervising maintenance; weekend work availability and ability to work under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics or electrical engineering.
• At least 4 years of maintenance supervisor experience.
• Experience with PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Willing to work weekends.
