Job summary

Bosch Toluca Plant is seeking a Machining Workshop Supervisor to oversee resources for design, machining of spare and wear parts, and tooling development for quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

You will lead training, manage schedules, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards. English–Spanish bilingual communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and process improvement.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and optimizing resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage machining workshop resources to support manufacturing areas in the design and machining of spare parts, replacement components, and wear parts.
• Oversee development of fixtures and tooling for quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
• Implement improvements via internal resources or external suppliers.
• Lead and train personnel; ensure compliance with internal work regulations and collective bargaining agreement.
• Oversee external supplier support for machining parts and surface treatments; manage quotes and work orders.
