Novartis México seeks an Associate Director DDIT ISC FM&A Compliance to lead risk-based information security across complex M&A transactions in Mexico City. You will translate security findings into business risk and partner with Finance, Legal and Compliance to enable deals securely and efficiently.

You will conduct due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration and post-close remediation, advising executives and coordinating security SMEs to protect deal value while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise Information Security and Cybersecurity, with governance and controls.
• Ability to assess risk across applications, infrastructure, cloud and third parties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and escalate when needed.

Responsabilités

• FM&A Information Security Due Diligence for targets and risk assessment.
• Translate technical findings into clear business impact and recommendations.
• Define security priorities and mitigations aligned with deal timelines.
• Day 1 readiness, integration and post-close remediation support.
