A leading energy company in Mexico is seeking an M&A Analyst to evaluate investment opportunities, prepare financial models, and support Due Diligence processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in financial modeling, preferably in the energy sector. Join the team and take the opportunity to be part of the energy transition in Mexico. We are looking for a M&A Analyst to join the Zuma Team.
Performing evaluations of investment opportunities in new projects through acquisitions, performing financial modeling for economic / financial valuation of investment opportunities, preparation of investment approval application materials, as well as support and follow‑up of Due Diligence processes required for the acquisition of projects. Updating financial models and calculating required metrics of operating project credit agreements. Supporting cash flow planning for both operating and corporate projects by calculating and implementing project distributions, as well as seeking and obtaining working capital financing.
