San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking an Experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a 50-bed post-acute setting. The LVN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and uphold quality standards in a skilled nursing environment.

Required: active California LVN license, minimum 2 years LVN experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care, strong English communication, ability to follow care plans and participate in ongoing training.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Follow directions, implement care plans, and adapt to ongoing training.

$38.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, and promotes the highest standards of quality care in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.

Qualifications

• Hold a current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Have at least 2 years of LVN experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
