Fendi Italia Srl is seeking a Client Advisor in Mexico City to deliver exceptional service, build lasting client relationships, and consistently meet sales targets. You will manage client books, handle special requests, and maintain brand standards across all store activities.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Organizational and digital literacy required.
• Flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; follow up with clients to drive business.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and other requests.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
• Proficient use of POS and inventory systems.
