Omni Hotels & Resorts in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is seeking a Director of Purchasing to lead procurement of food, beverage, and general goods for a luxury resort during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

You will supervise the Purchasing/Receiving team, coordinate with Culinary, Finance, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with brand standards, cost controls, and inventory management.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Purchasing/Receiving team and ensure accuracy and service excellence.
• Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, and Finance leadership to support resort goals.
• Manage vendor relations and cost control within hotel operations.
• Monitor procurement systems and budgeting with Finance.
