Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional Tailor.
• Proven experience performing alterations on luxury Ready-to-Wear garments.
• Strong knowledge of couture finishing and garment construction.
• Experience in premium retail environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform alterations and repairs on Ready-to-Wear garments while preserving the original design, construction, silhouette and creative vision.
• Execute alterations on tailored and soft construction garments with high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
• Review alteration requests and technical instructions to understand the client's needs before work.
• Organize alteration work according to garment construction and delivery timelines.
• Dismantle, alter, reconstruct and finish garments maintaining CHANEL quality.
• Conduct quality inspections before returning garments, ensuring impeccable finishing and presentation.
• Repair or replace garment components such as zippers, buttons, linings and trims when required.
• Support fitting sessions and participate in client fittings to ensure the desired fit and comfort.
• Contribute to seamless luxury after-sales experience through accurate execution and timely delivery.
