CHANEL in Los Cabos seeks a Boutique Sales Manager to lead the boutique, drive commercial performance, and elevate the client experience in Ánima. You will oversee a team of Fashion Advisors and Stockist, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to CHANEL standards.

As a true ambassador of Style and Brand Image, you will develop talent, coach for style expertise, manage back‑office operations, and partner with regional leadership to deliver the One Boutique, One Story vision.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Experience leading boutique leadership, sales management and operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the boutique team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Monitor sales performance and drive achievement of commercial objectives.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and ambassadorial brand representation.
• Oversee back-office operations, cash handling, and reporting to Head Office.
• Collaborate with Fashion leadership and regional teams on initiatives.
