A leading e-commerce company in Toluca is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to ensure security and asset protection in its fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in security services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role includes shift work and offers opportunities for process improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methods.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in security services or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
• Basic - Intermediate English Level (B1).

Responsabilidades

• Enhance and report on performance metrics.
• Assist with theft and fraud investigations.
• Implement security best practices in the facility.
