A reputable logistics firm in Veracruz is seeking a Warehouse & Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, alongside various performance incentives and benefits.

Formación

• At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
• Willing to work as soon as possible.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Create daily and weekly warehouse reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile and sensitive electronic components.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners.
