KION Group is looking for a professional to manage customer solutions in Nuevo León, Guadalupe. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of logistics and automation experience. Responsibilities include managing internal deliverables and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Salesforce is preferred. The role may require occasional travel.

Formación

• 4+ years of logistics and automation experience.
• 1+ years of direct applicable project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage solutions for customers from initial meetings to firm quotes.
• Support the Account Manager in strategy and meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Management on change orders during kickoff.
