Stellantis Saltillo plant is seeking a logistics professional to optimize inbound flows, manage carrier networks, and ensure delivery reliability. You will lead JIT schedules, yard operations, and the dock timetable to support production logistics.

Responsibilities include training teams, enforcing safety and security standards, and aligning with facilities. English proficiency is noted, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Logistics / Supply Chain Engineering or Business Administration.
• 1–2+ years inbound logistics experience with performance and delivery focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound logistics performance and delivery reliability.
• Coordinate external transport networks and JIT delivery routes.
• Represent plant in JIT calls with suppliers and carriers.
• Oversee yard management, trailer safety and capacity.
• Maintain ship and delivery schedule accuracy (RDP/Calendar).
• Lead training and manpower management for shipping/receiving.
• Ensure alignment with Security, Safety, Facilities standards.
• Balance dock matrix and unloading schedules.

Strategic Goal: Optimize inbound logistics performance and delivery reliability by managing carrier networks, JIT schedules, and yard flow efficiency.

• Manage external transportation networks and JIT delivery routes.
• Represent plant in JIT logistics calls with suppliers and carriers.
• Oversee yard management and trailer safety/capacity.
• Maintain common ship and delivery schedule accuracy (RDP and Calendar).
• Lead training and manpower management for shipping/receiving.
• Ensure alignment and compliance with Security, Safety, Facilities
• Balance of dock matrix and unloading schedules

PROFILE

• EDUCATION:
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain Engineering), Business Administration / International Business
  • Preferred: Experience (1-2+ years) inbound logistics performance and delivery
• LANGUAGES - English 60% (Intermediate +)
• SKILLS:
  • Operational Skills & KPI improvements
  • Continuous improvement (Understanding of automotive supply chain processes, Just-in-Time (JIT) principles, problem solving & decision-making)
  • Leadership (communication, discipline, cross-functional coordination)
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
