A leading outsourcing company is seeking a Logistics Customer Support to coordinate freight movement according to customer needs. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience, with strong skills in both Spanish and English for effective communication. Responsibilities include managing customer boards and ensuring timely updates on shipments. This position offers $8 - $9 per hour and is based in Mexico.

Logistics Customer Support to join our team in Mexico, responsible for ensuring freight movement is coordinated according to customer needs.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM,

Thursday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Manages the customer board by:
  • Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.
  • Emailing/calling clients when shipments are delivered.
  • Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.
  • Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
  • Providing PODs to billing.
  • Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.
  • Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.
  • Provides daily reports to key clients.
  • Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery.
  • Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory as our clients come from Mexico and the United States. Communications will be 60% in Spanish and 40% in English.

$8 - $9 an hour
