Unilever in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound shipping, warehouse operations and ECC SAP/EWM processes. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure accuracy, and support continuous improvement with a strong focus on OTIF and customer service.

The role requires a completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year in logistics or shipping, with hands-on SAP ECC and EWM experience and strong Excel skills. English fluency is preferred.

Formación

• Completed bachelor degree or in process of obtaining bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, distribution, transportation, manufacturing operations, or supply chain execution.
• Experience working with SAP ECC required.
• Experience with EWM required or strongly preferred depending on site readiness and scope of responsibility.
• Experience executing or coordinating warehouse transactions, picking, staging, loading, shipment confirmation, PGI, inventory verification, and documentation workflows.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required; strong Excel knowledge required and Power BI knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound shipping activities to meet dispatch schedules, priorities, and site standards.
• Manage SAP ECC and EWM transactions with accuracy and timely closure of shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, verification, and documentation in ECC/EWM.
• Coordinate with transport providers and 3PL for shipment readiness and departure confirmation.
• Ensure shipping documentation is complete and compliant before dispatch.
• Monitor OTIF and customer service targets and escalate issues when needed.
