About The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing all logistics activities, from supplier management and inventory control to order fulfillment and distribution. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams — including operations, production, and finance — to ensure smooth processes and timely delivery to customers.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a hands‑on approach to improving systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound wholesale orders to our retail customers from our US warehouse. Ensure all orders meet retailer metrics, are accurate and delivered on time.
- Manage inventory documentation with our 3PL to ensure on time in full receiving (e.g. receiving counts, ASNs, etc.)
- Schedule and track freight from domestic and international suppliers and track / document all updates. Complete all international shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Shippers Letter of Instruction, Packing Lists)
- Act as main point of contact with our international freight forwarder
- Oversee all inventory transactions to ensure all required processes are completed in a timely manner, including the processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Perform all corresponding inventory transactions in our ERP system, Netsuite (orders, transfers, receipts)
- Manage rework or kitting projects with 3PLs
- Be highly proactive in identifying opportunities to improve performance including cost, quality, and accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations (preferably in e‑commerce or consumer goods).
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, shipping regulations, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience managing third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Advanced Excel or ERP software skills (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: $3,000 USD/Month
