Jabil is recruiting for a Logistics Management role focused on translating business strategy into work programs for sites in Mexico. The role involves managing customer relationships, preparing RFP materials, and supporting budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position offers growth toward Business Unit Manager opportunities. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in logistics, plus willingness to pursue an MBA within 2–3 years.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management.
• 1–3 years logistics-related work experience.
• Willingness to begin MBA or equivalent degree within 2–3 years.
• Combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portion of the customer relationship through direct interaction with customers.
• Prepare materials for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Prepare commercial solutions.
• Contribute to the forecast and variance process in the company’s financial system.
• Assist the Business Unit Managers in day-to-day business needs and workcell management.
• Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide indirect leadership to junior team members.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
