Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, Baja California, invites students to join our Advanced Structures team for a logistics internship focused on fixed asset inventory and customs documentation.

You will gain hands-on experience with Excel, data entry, and digital records, while learning how import records connect to asset management and regulatory compliance. This onsite role offers an excellent work environment and meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an active student in the 5th, 6th, or 7th semester of a degree program in Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic data entry and record management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and physical inventory of fixed assets and maintain inventory records.
• Review import customs declarations (pedimentos) in U.S. customs systems and verify asset information.
• Match and assign corresponding customs declarations to assets for traceability.
• Assist updates to customs systems to keep asset records accurate.
