This full-time trainee role emphasizes learning, continuous improvement, and collaboration with production, purchasing, and logistics teams. English fluency is required, and you will develop practical skills in logistics software and KPI

Responsabilidades

• Assist with inventory management, including stock tracking and cycle counts.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics activities and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Learn and apply internal logistics software for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Help optimize warehouse layout and material flow processes.
• Monitor KPIs related to logistics operations.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing to ensure material supply.

Job Summary

The Logistic Trainee will gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of supply chain and logistics operations within a global automotive lighting manufacturer. This role provides an opportunity to learn fundamental logistics processes, contribute to operational efficiency, and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, such as coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and liaising with freight forwarders.
• Learn and apply internal logistics software and systems for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in the optimization of warehouse layout and material flow processes.
• Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to ensure smooth material supply.
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and project status.
• Adhere to all company safety and quality standards and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
