HP invites students for a 1-year paid Logistics and Planning Internship in Mexico. The role focuses on analyzing supply chain processes, identifying efficiency improvements, and collaborating with planning, procurement, production, and logistics teams to drive cost reductions and higher customer satisfaction.

Enrollment in a four-year program with a December 2027 graduation is required, with fluency in English and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Part-time schedule offered in Mexico.

Intern Responsibility/Project Examples

• Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
• Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
• Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in December 2027

Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation and Logistics, Global Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Contract Management, or a related field.

Fluency in English.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

• Basic understanding of accounting processes.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
