The program is a one-year paid internship in Mexico, designed to apply classroom learnings to real-world HR challenges while gaining exposure to policies and best practices. The role involves collaborating with HR team on projects, performing administrative tasks, and learning across HR functions.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in December 2027.
• Fluency in English.

Human Resources Internship Description - The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for 2026 Internships. Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in December 2027.
• Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in English.
