Flex is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Guadalajara, North Campus, to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and optimize cross-border logistics. You will analyze costs, carrier performance, and routes while ensuring compliance with Mexican customs and export requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, experience in import/export and ERP proficiency, and fluency in English. Second shift availability is noted, and the team values collaboration and continuous

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, import/export operations and customs processes.
• Knowledge of Annex 24 and Mexican customs regulations.
• Experience coordinating multimodal transportation (air, ocean, ground).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Conversational English and strong analytical abilities.
• Availability to work on Second Shift.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor export shipments and track deliveries from origin to final destination.
• Ensure smooth cross-border operations, including customs and transportation requirements.
• Analyze transportation costs, carrier performance, and routing options to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
• Maintain transportation metrics and logistics performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Support daily logistics operations and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Maintain and update shipment records, carrier rates, routes, and service information.
• Coordinate multimodal transportation activities, including air, ocean, and ground freight.
• Assist with supplier and carrier negotiations when required.
• Manage documentation related to imports, exports, and customs processes.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Logistics Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Logistic Analyst is responsible for coordinate and optimize domestic and international transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while meeting customer requirements and company objectives. This role plays a key part in managing export shipments, cross-border logistics, and transportation performance across multiple transportation modes.

What a typical day looks like:
