Citi in Mexico City is seeking a trainee Loan Documentation and Processing Analyst 1 to support loan documentation and processing activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with related teams to ensure smooth loan operations.

The candidate should possess basic knowledge of loan processes, procedures, and related products, with an analytical mindset to resolve issues and contribute to process improvements within a controlled environment.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in loan documentation and processing
• Understanding of loan processes, procedures, products and services
• Able to identify, mitigate, and escalate risks
• Basic awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documents
• Comply with applicable laws, rules, and internal policies

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review loan documentation and support loan processing tasks
• Process and close loans in a complex loan operations environment
• Collateral management including booking cash transactions and ledger entries
• Interact with counterparties regarding positions and balances
• Identify and implement process improvements for loan documentation
• Develop loan documentation reports for management requirements
