GRAMMER AG is seeking a materials and logistics associate at the TLAXCALA site to manage production line material supply and ensure accurate shift reporting. You will maintain competency levels, follow quality alerts, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a safe warehouse environment.

The role requires SAP P11 experience, FIFO/Kanban proficiency, forklift operation, and the ability to identify materials and follow warehouse procedures.

Formación

• Secondary education or a related field is required.
• Experience with SAP P11 and related LS24/LT01/LT24/MB51/COGI transactions is essential.
• Proficiency with FIFO and Kanban systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage material supply to production lines.
• Ensure optimal shift performance and report accurate information to the warehouse leader at shift end.
• Maintain competency levels for which you have been evaluated.
• Adhere to quality alerts issued to the area and those relevant to your role.
• Follow up on Flat 4 and Flat 5 alerts.
• Complete daily checklists and perform first-level maintenance of equipment.
• Participate in proposing and implementing improvement ideas.
• Apply standardized work procedures.
• Participate in line-level QRAP problem solving.
• Ensure containers to the production area are free of outdated labels.
• Fulfill production line requirements and correctly identify materials.
• Understand and apply warehouse fundamentals (Flat, Raw Material Receiving, Shipping, Invoicing).
• Attend warehouse team meetings and comply with safety rules.
• Support Safety and Environment Department to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with the area's performance indicators.
