Stellantis Seeks an Industrial/Logistics Engineering professional to lead material handling initiatives at the Saltillo plant. You will drive safety and quality compliance, develop kaizen improvements across receipt, storage, and supply lines, and monitor performance against scorecards.

You will coordinate requisitions and projects, plan strategies with MHE, and participate in pilots for racks and containers.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge in material handling to ensure safety and quality production.
• Develop and promote improvement proposals for all material handling areas (receipt, storage, supply) via kaizen.
• Monitor scorecard indicators and take corrective actions for compliance.
• Oversee requisitions and projects supporting department operations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement strategies with MHE to improve material handling at the plant.
• Coordinate launches to ensure no production disruption and minimize material handling impact.
• Participate in pilots for new vehicle designs of racks, containers, and displays.
• Maintain communication with purchasing, controller, AME, legal, production, labor relations and union to support plant operations.
