Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group en Ciudad de México busca un Ingeniero de Diseño de Iluminación con experiencia en Lighting DRE y diseño de iluminación automotriz, para colaborar en sistemas exteriores e interiores. Se requiere conocimiento en CATIA V6 y habilidades para liberar componentes y sub-sistemas de iluminación.

El candidato trabajará con equipos de Styling y proveedores Tier-1, evaluando viabilidad de costos y fabricación, y interpretando simulaciones para optimizar el rendimiento

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in automotive interior and exterior lighting design.
• Good knowledge of Automotive exterior lighting systems along with Key components (Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Center light panel, corner lamps).

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar con el equipo de Styling para realizar estudios de viabilidad, verificar superficies A-class y definir el objetivo de artesanía.
• Diseñar componentes de iluminación y completar su liberación, sub-sistemas y diseños detallados.
• Interpretar resultados de simulaciones e incorporar las recomendaciones al diseño del producto.
• Desarrollar y liberar componentes de iluminación, sub-sistemas y diseños detallados.

Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX

Descripción del trabajo

• Good experience as a Lighting DRE (Min 3 years)
• Good knowledge of Automotive exterior lighting systems along with Key components (Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Center light panel, corner lamps)
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in automotive interior and exterior lighting design
• Work with Styling team to perform feasibility studies, Check A-class surface and define craftsman ship target.
• Ability to create and completion of all lighting components and perform manufacturing feasibility
• Design of automotive component parts in CATIA V6.
• Actively engage with Tier-I suppliers to collaborate on design projects for trading off cost, mass, joining methods, molding and testing performance.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Complete and release lighting components, sub-system and detail designs
• Interpret simulation results and integrate recommendations into product design
