Placements24 is seeking a Principal Deep Learning Engineer to lead development and deployment of advanced AI models. This fully remote position in Mexico offers the chance to shape AI initiatives across projects while collaborating with distributed teams.

You will drive research, optimize models for production, mentor engineers, and ensure ethical data handling. Requires 5+ years in DL and strong Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deep learning model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and analytics.
• Research and evaluate new AI algorithms and techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency for production environments.
