A leading financial institution is seeking a Field Sales Lead Officer in Culiacán, Sinaloa. The role involves providing customer service assistance, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to fulfill clients' financial needs. With a focus on relationship management and performance analysis, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree, relevant sales experience, and licenses such as Series 7, 63, and 65. This is a full-time position with a strong emphasis on field execution of credit initiatives.

Formación

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies to ensure delivery of financial plans.
• Analyze sales reports and implement action plans.
• Maintain relationships with internal and Retail Partners.
