Placements24 is seeking a Remote Project Lead to drive the development of web and mobile applications from anywhere in Mexico. You will guide development teams through the full lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, user-centric digital products and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, exceptional leadership, and deep Agile knowledge. You will coach teams, manage scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations while promoting best practices and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development project management, with focus on web and mobile apps.
Proven experience leading remote development teams and strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client requirements and business goals.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budget management.
Oversee sprint execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ensure coding standards, best practices, and QA protocols are followed.
Facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and impediments.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal teams.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance.
