UNDP Mexico is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead strategic projects under the Plan Méico initiative, aligning climate action with equitable growth. The role involves coordinating with government agencies, private sector partners, and stakeholders to operationalize fiscal incentives and development zones while monitoring climate and social conditionalities.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in economics, public policy, or related fields and at least five years of leadership experience

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience for Master’s degree holders; seven+ years for Bachelor degree holders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, strategy development, and annual work plan formulation.
• Supervise project execution, validate technical outputs, and direct project teams.
• Foster strategic partnerships with government bodies, private sector, NGOs, and beneficiaries.
• Provide technical assistance to implementing partners and coordinate with UNDP and partners.
• Support resource mobilization, knowledge sharing, and capacity building to scale results.
