Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction and Urban Planning Project Manager in the metro area. You will oversee complex construction projects from planning through completion, integrating urban development principles and sustainability. The role combines site visits with remote work flexibility.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction project management with urban development focus, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership skills to guide multi-stakeholder teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from feasibility through handover.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
• Manage budgets and control costs; report financial performance.
