Hussmann busca un Líder de Producción para implementar y liderar el plan de producción en su planta, garantizando la calidad y eficiencia. Este rol requiere habilidades de liderazgo y experiencia en manufactura, así como un enfoque en la mejora continua y la resolución de problemas. El candidato ideal tendrá más de 5 años de experiencia en un entorno de producción y será responsable de supervisar al personal y optimizar procesos.

Formación

• Mínimo 5+ años de experiencia en el campo de producción/procesos en un entorno manufacturero.
• Habilidades de supervisor efectivas.
• Capacidad para aplicar herramientas de Lean Manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar y liderar el plan de producción para cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente.
• Monitorear la eficiencia de producción y guiar al equipo para cumplir con el estándar.
• Cooperar con el departamento de QA para mantener la calidad del sistema.

Resumen

Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement always ensuring our plant objectives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure the facilities/equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain the good workshop environment.

• Develop, improve the Housekeeping system. 5´S.
• Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan to meet takt Time.
• Guide to develop the standard work time for each location, drive the lean manufacturing.
• Analysis and improve the production efficiency. Through ACP when required
• Cooperate with QA department to maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system.
• Provide the guidance for workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analysis the internal material shortage from the manufacturing, guide to take corrective and preventive action.
• Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the equipment maintenance system.
• Analyze and adjust if required the man-hours to meet the forecast.
• Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the tools management system.

Requirements

Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Engineering or related careers. Preferred master degree. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the production/process field in a manufacturing environment

Must possess the following key competencies (in no particular order):

• Effective supervisor skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Knowledge and experience in deployment of Problem Solving.
• Business English
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001
• High sense of urgency
• Advanced computer skills

• Knowledge and experience in deployment of problem solving methods: A3, 5 why, 8 steps
• Application of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Safety/Environmental Effectiveness
• PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan background.
