Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage all cleaning and maintenance programs for corporate office buildings.
• Oversee the daily operations of janitorial staff, supervisors, and maintenance technicians.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
