Placements24 is seeking an experienced Líder de Equipos de Desarrollo de Software to manage remote engineering teams and guide the software development lifecycle. This fully remote role offers autonomy and the chance to shape the technical direction of a growing company.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a track record mentoring engineers across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading remote engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineers remotely.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Foster effective communication among remote team members.
• Conduct code reviews and give constructive feedback.
• Identify and address technical challenges quickly.
• Promote continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
